Fees depend on the scale and stage. After a first conversation we set out a fee proposal stage by stage, so you can stop or continue knowing the cost of each.
We work across the Puget Sound region for the right project. Further afield is possible where the scope justifies the travel.
It varies by authority and by the sensitivity of the site. We build the programme around a realistic consent window rather than an optimistic one.
