PROJECT 03 · EXTENSION

Fern Row.

A north-facing ground floor that never caught the sun. The extension steps into the garden rather than across it, so the original rooms keep their proportions and the new kitchen gets the light at the end of the plan.

Location: Ballard
Year: 2025
Scope: Extension
Status: Completed
