Architecture.
New houses, extensions, and remodels, taken from the first conversation through to a building on site. We work at the scale of the house, not the estate.
Drawings a builder can actually price.
-
Brief and feasibility
What you need from the house, what the site allows, and what it is likely to cost. This is where the project is really decided.
-
Concept design
Plans, sections, and a first sense of the building, with options tested against each other rather than presented one at a time.
-
Technical design
Construction drawings and specification. Every junction we can foresee is drawn before it is built.
-
Construction review
Site visits at the key stages, and a single point of contact for the contractor's questions.

What people ask us.
Do you take on extensions as well as new houses?
Yes. A well-resolved extension is as interesting to us as a new build, and often the better use of a budget.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
We design to a budget from the first stage and test cost as we go, rather than presenting a scheme that only works at a price you did not set.
Will you handle planning permission?
We prepare and submit the application as part of the service, and deal with the authority's questions through to a decision.
